Jim began his career in the New York office of Arthur Anderson on the attest side of the practice. While at Anderson, Jim assisted Fortune 100 companies and Private Equity firms with financial due diligence on potential acquisition candidates.
Jim joined BSB in 1993 working with small to mid-size privately owned businesses of various industries including food manufacturing and distribution, specialty trade contractors and real estate portfolios. Jim focuses on operational accountability, financial statement analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and business transitions.
Jim is a member of both The New York Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
